Description

This 4th of July Swirl Pie is a festive, no-bake dessert featuring a graham cracker crust and a creamy, red, white, and blue swirled filling. Perfect for Independence Day celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring
  • Blue food coloring

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press into a pie dish and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Divide a small portion of the filling into two bowls. Tint one red and the other blue.
  4. Pour the white filling into the chilled crust. Dollop red and blue mixtures on top and swirl with a skewer or knife.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

  • Use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors.
  • Can substitute graham cracker crust with crushed vanilla cookies.
  • Fold in whipped topping for a firmer texture.
  • Mix in fresh berries for added flavor and color.
