Description
This 4th of July Swirl Pie is a festive, no-bake dessert featuring a graham cracker crust and a creamy, red, white, and blue swirled filling. Perfect for Independence Day celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Red food coloring
- Blue food coloring
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press into a pie dish and chill for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Divide a small portion of the filling into two bowls. Tint one red and the other blue.
- Pour the white filling into the chilled crust. Dollop red and blue mixtures on top and swirl with a skewer or knife.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors.
- Can substitute graham cracker crust with crushed vanilla cookies.
- Fold in whipped topping for a firmer texture.
- Mix in fresh berries for added flavor and color.
