Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- Cooking spray or oil for air fryer
- Optional: cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a spoonful of cheesecake filling and cherry pie filling in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito, sealing the edge with water.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Lightly spray egg rolls with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Cool slightly before serving. Dust with cinnamon sugar or drizzle with chocolate or glaze if desired.

- Don’t overfill to avoid bursting.
- For extra sweetness, dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar after frying.
- To use fresh cherries, cook them down with sugar and cornstarch for a homemade filling.
