Description

Air Fryer Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls are a crispy, creamy, and fruity dessert made in minutes. Filled with sweet cheesecake and tart cherry pie filling, these golden treats are air fried for the perfect crunch—no deep frying required. A fun and easy handheld dessert that's always a hit!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • Cooking spray or oil for air fryer
  • Optional: cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a spoonful of cheesecake filling and cherry pie filling in the center.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito, sealing the edge with water.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Lightly spray egg rolls with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Cool slightly before serving. Dust with cinnamon sugar or drizzle with chocolate or glaze if desired.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill to avoid bursting.
  • For extra sweetness, dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar after frying.
  • To use fresh cherries, cook them down with sugar and cornstarch for a homemade filling.
  • Best served warm—reheat in the air fryer for a crisp finish.
