Description

Air Fryer Pickle Poppers are a quick and satisfying snack featuring dill pickles stuffed with a cheesy, flavorful filling and crisped to perfection in the air fryer. Ideal for parties or a low-carb treat.

Ingredients

  • 6 large dill pickles, cut in half lengthwise and hollowed out
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped jalapeños or 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice the dill pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create a hollow center.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add jalapeños or hot sauce if using.
  3. Fill each hollowed pickle half with the cheese mixture, pressing gently to secure the filling.
  4. Place the filled pickle halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Pat pickle halves dry before stuffing to prevent sogginess.
  • Use dairy-free cheese alternatives for a dairy-free version.
  • Try different cheeses or seasonings to vary the flavor.
  • Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for best texture.
