Description

A festive, no-cook taco dip layered with seasoned beans, guacamole, sour cream, mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives, styled in an American flag design—perfect for patriotic summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz refried beans
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1.5 oz)
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups diced tomatoes
  • 2.25 oz sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans and taco seasoning until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  3. Gently layer guacamole over the bean layer.
  4. Spread sour cream on top of the guacamole.
  5. Arrange rows of diced tomatoes and mozzarella to form red and white stripes, and use black olives in the top-left corner for the blue field.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Add salsa or chopped onions for extra flavor.
  • Cooked seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken can be added for a meaty version.
  • Homemade refried beans or guacamole enhance the flavor.
  • Use cheese stars, bell peppers, or blue corn chips for decoration.
