Baked Pizza Wraps are a quick, customizable, and delicious way to enjoy classic pizza flavors wrapped in a crispy tortilla shell. Perfect for any meal or snack time.
Ingredients
- 4–6 flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni or other desired pizza toppings
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning or oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each, leaving space around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, then layer on pepperoni or other favorite toppings.
- Fold the sides in slightly, then roll them up like burritos to seal in the filling.
- Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or melted butter, then sprinkle a little Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
