Description

Baked Pizza Wraps are a quick, customizable, and delicious way to enjoy classic pizza flavors wrapped in a crispy tortilla shell. Perfect for any meal or snack time.


Ingredients

  • 46 flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni or other desired pizza toppings
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and spread a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each, leaving space around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, then layer on pepperoni or other favorite toppings.
  4. Fold the sides in slightly, then roll them up like burritos to seal in the filling.
  5. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or melted butter, then sprinkle a little Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
