This Berrylicious Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake is a no-bake dessert with a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, strawberry jam, and a crunchy topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- Additional crushed graham crackers for topping
- Whole strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust and set aside.
- Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust.
- Layer sliced strawberries on top of the cream layer.
- Drizzle strawberry jam over the strawberries.
- Repeat with the remaining cream mixture and another layer of strawberries.
- Sprinkle extra crushed graham crackers on top and garnish with whole strawberries.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until firm and set.
Notes
- Add mixed berries like blueberries and raspberries for variation.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top for extra flavor.
- Add chopped nuts to the crust or topping for crunch.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze individual slices for up to a month.
