Description

This Berrylicious Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake is a no-bake dessert with a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, strawberry jam, and a crunchy topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • Additional crushed graham crackers for topping
  • Whole strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust and set aside.
  2. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust.
  4. Layer sliced strawberries on top of the cream layer.
  5. Drizzle strawberry jam over the strawberries.
  6. Repeat with the remaining cream mixture and another layer of strawberries.
  7. Sprinkle extra crushed graham crackers on top and garnish with whole strawberries.
  8. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until firm and set.

Notes

  • Add mixed berries like blueberries and raspberries for variation.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate on top for extra flavor.
  • Add chopped nuts to the crust or topping for crunch.
