Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (plus more as needed)
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup butter (plus extra for tossing stuffing)
- 4 cups dry stuffing mix or day-old bread cubes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter and sauté the onions and celery until soft and fragrant.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Stir in the shredded chicken and sautéed vegetables.
