Ingredients
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine or bocconcini), drained and halved if large
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or chiffonade
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, blueberries, and halved mozzarella balls.
- Add the torn or chiffonade basil leaves to the bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar (or glaze) over the ingredients.
