Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine or bocconcini), drained and halved if large
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or chiffonade
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, blueberries, and halved mozzarella balls.
  2. Add the torn or chiffonade basil leaves to the bowl.
