Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- 4 cups water
- Ice (for serving)
- Optional: 1–2 black tea bags (for caffeine)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and stir in blueberries and dried lavender.
- Let steep for 10–15 minutes to infuse flavors.
- If using, steep black tea bags during this time.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove solids.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup while still warm, if desired.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled (1–2 hours).
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices or fresh blueberries.
Notes
- Use culinary-grade lavender only.
- Adjust sweetness and lavender amount to taste.
