Description

Bruschetta Dip transforms the classic Italian antipasto into a creamy, scoopable delight with herbed cheese, juicy tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze—perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 container (6.5 oz) of Alouette Cheese with herbs or another soft cheese spread like Boursin
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a ¼-inch border.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese layer.
  3. Add the chopped fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze in a crisscross pattern over the entire dish.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thin slices of baguette.

Notes

  • You can substitute the cheese with whipped goat cheese or cream cheese mixed with herbs.
  • Prepare the cheese layer and toppings in advance and assemble just before serving.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days; no need to reheat.
  • Add chopped olives or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
  • Try using individual ramekins for personal servings at parties.
