Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and egg until a thick dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chocolate toffee bits over the dough layer.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
