Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices garlic bread
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp garlic butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven or grill to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil, and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
