These Cheesy Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sliders are savory, sweet, and satisfying morning treats made with sausage patties, scrambled eggs, melty cheese, and soft Hawaiian rolls brushed with a buttery maple glaze.
Ingredients
- 24 ounces of sausage (meat of choice)
- 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
- 8 large eggs, scrambled
- 6 slices pepper jack cheese
- 8 slices American cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Warm a large skillet over medium heat. Form the sausage into 12 patties and cook until browned and fully done.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached, and place the bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the bottom buns and layer with pepper jack cheese.
- Place the sausage patties on top and add the American cheese slices over them.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and maple syrup, then brush over the tops of the buns.
- Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
- Slice and serve warm.
