Description

Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups combine the gooey sweetness of cinnamon rolls with the crispy, custardy goodness of French toast in a fun, easy-to-make breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls (unbaked)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Butter or oil, for cooking
  • Optional: powdered sugar or extra glaze for topping

Instructions

  1. Slice each unbaked cinnamon roll in half lengthwise and roll into tight cylinders.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Dip each roll-up in the custard mixture, turning to coat all sides.
  4. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook roll-ups seam-side down, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through (about 3 minutes per side).
  5. Drizzle with included glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm. Serve immediately.

  • Add fruit jam or apple butter inside for a fruity twist.
