Description

This homemade Cookie Butter Latte is a creamy, indulgent coffee drink made with espresso, Biscoff cookie butter, milk, and topped with whipped cream and cookie crumbles. A Starbucks copycat recipe you can make in minutes at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder (or 1 shot fresh espresso)
  • 1 tbsp cookie butter (melted, plus extra for drizzle)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 Biscoff cookie (crushed, for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together hot water, espresso powder, and melted cookie butter until smooth.
  2. Drizzle extra cookie butter inside a glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the espresso mixture into the glass, then add milk.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookie over the top.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can substitute cookie butter with almond, peanut, or cashew butter.
  • Use oat, soy, or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
  • For a stronger flavor, use a double shot of espresso.
  • Crushed graham crackers or Golden Oreos can replace Biscoff cookies.
