This homemade Cookie Butter Latte is a creamy, indulgent coffee drink made with espresso, Biscoff cookie butter, milk, and topped with whipped cream and cookie crumbles. A Starbucks copycat recipe you can make in minutes at home.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder (or 1 shot fresh espresso)
- 1 tbsp cookie butter (melted, plus extra for drizzle)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- 1 Biscoff cookie (crushed, for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together hot water, espresso powder, and melted cookie butter until smooth.
- Drizzle extra cookie butter inside a glass and fill it with ice cubes.
- Pour the espresso mixture into the glass, then add milk.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookie over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- You can substitute cookie butter with almond, peanut, or cashew butter.
- Use oat, soy, or almond milk for a dairy-free version.
- For a stronger flavor, use a double shot of espresso.
