Description

Cool Whip Pineapple Fluff is a quick, no-bake dessert that’s light, creamy, and full of tropical flavor. Perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or any gathering, it combines crushed pineapple, instant pudding, and whipped topping for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with its juice and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well blended and the mixture begins to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy.
