Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 packs ramen noodles (instant or fresh)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped chives or green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet with oil, sear them until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest, then slice thinly.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and let simmer for a few minutes to build flavor.
- Lower the heat, stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Simmer gently.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the broth.
- Ladle noodles and broth into bowls. Top with sliced chicken and garnish with chopped chives or green onions.

- Swap chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
