Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
