Ingredients
- 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup beef broth (optional, for flavor and texture)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional:
- ½ tsp paprika
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the beef. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
