Description
These cheesy garlic chicken wraps combine tender chicken, melted mozzarella and cheddar, and rich garlic flavor, all wrapped in a warm tortilla for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil for toasting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
- Lay out a tortilla and spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center.
- Fold the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly like a burrito.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
- Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and slice in half to serve.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience.
- Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicier wrap.
- Wraps can be made ahead and toasted when ready to serve.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
