Description

This detox cleanse juice is a refreshing, nutrient-packed green drink made with cucumber, celery, apple, and lemon. It's quick to prepare, hydrating, and gentle on the digestive system—perfect for a morning boost or post-meal reset.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup celery (about 23 stalks)
  • 1 apple (preferably red for sweetness)
  • 1 lemon (peeled and deseeded)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Cut the cucumber, celery, and apple into blender-friendly chunks.
  3. Peel and deseed the lemon to prevent bitterness.
  4. Blend all ingredients with a splash of water until smooth.
