Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips or almond bark in a large bowl until smooth using a microwave or double boiler.
- Fold in thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is fluffy and sticky.
- Stir in food coloring and extract if using.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar until a dough-like consistency forms that is pliable but not sticky.
- Roll into balls or press into a lined pan and cut into squares once firm.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
