Description

High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are a creamy, indulgent, and protein-rich snack made with simple ingredients like full-fat Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and dark chocolate. These frozen bites are easy to prepare, freezer-friendly, customizable, and perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

Chocolate Coating

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Form Bites and Freeze: Line a plate or small tray with parchment paper. Scoop the mixture into about six evenly sized bites and place them on the tray. Freeze for 10–20 minutes until firm.
  3. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in short bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
  4. Coat the Bites: Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate to coat. Optionally, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  5. Set the Chocolate: Place the coated bites back on the tray and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate sets completely.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free yogurt and chocolate for a vegan version.
  • You can replace maple syrup with agave, honey (non-vegan), or stevia.
  • Store bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Use a cookie scoop for evenly shaped portions.
