Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside. Simultaneously heat chicken broth until simmering.
- Heat olive oil in a pot; sauté chicken for 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Add garlic and paprika, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and noodles, simmer 3-5 minutes.
- Lower heat, add heavy cream, and simmer 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
