Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside. Simultaneously heat chicken broth until simmering.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pot; sauté chicken for 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and paprika, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken broth and noodles, simmer 3-5 minutes.
  6. Lower heat, add heavy cream, and simmer 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
