Description

These frozen yogurt–dipped blueberries are a healthy, refreshing treat combining the creaminess of yogurt with the sweetness of berries. Easy to make and customizable, they’re a great snack for any time.

Ingredients

  • 12 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Melted chocolate, peanut butter, or almond butter for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a bowl, stir yogurt and sweetener (if using) until smooth.
  3. Drop blueberries into the yogurt and toss gently to coat.
  4. Use a toothpick or fork to place yogurt-dipped berries on the tray in a single layer.
  5. Freeze until solid, about 1–2 hours.
  6. (Optional) Dip frozen berries or clusters in melted chocolate or nut butter, then return to freeze until hardened.
  7. Transfer to an airtight, freezer-safe container for storage.

Notes

  • Use flavored or dairy-free yogurt for variety.
  • Add toppings like coconut, nuts, or cinnamon before freezing.
  • Make clusters by dropping spoonfuls of yogurt-berry mix onto the sheet.
  • Let sit at room temperature a few minutes before serving.
  • Best consumed within 1 month of freezing.
