Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or Italian-style)
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat the chicken with olive oil or melted butter.
- Press each chicken piece into the Parmesan mixture, coating all sides evenly.
- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden and crispy.
