Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Ground cinnamon
- Unsalted butter
- Brown sugar

- Orange zest

- Glazed cherries
- Mixed nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
- Caramel or apricot glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and orange zest.
