Description

These Greek Chicken Tenders are marinated in a zesty blend of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, then grilled or baked to golden perfection. They offer bold Mediterranean flavor with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
