Ingredients
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 4 slices of white bread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly over each slice of bread.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Switch oven to broil and broil for 1-2 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
