Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until well coated.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
