Description

This Low Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl delivers all the flavors of traditional pizza without the crust, making it perfect for low-carb and keto diets. It's quick, customizable, and packed with cheesy, savory goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage or ground beef
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce (low sugar)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10-12 pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 2 tbsp black olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground sausage or beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In an oven-safe bowl or small baking dish, layer the cooked meat, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella.
  5. Top with pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives, and mushrooms.
  6. Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Broil for 2 minutes for a golden top, if desired.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
