Ingredients

- 1/4 cup toasted slivered or sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs like mint or basil (optional)
- 1/4 cup mandarin orange juice (fresh or from the can)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup

Instructions
