Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can refried beans
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with diced onion and garlic; drain excess fat.
  3. Reduce heat, then stir in cream cheese and sour cream until melted and smooth.
