Ingredients
- 6–7 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, mix the diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, garlic salt, and green onions.
- Stir in the mayonnaise until everything is well coated.
- Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and the top is golden and bubbling.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving to allow it to set.
