Description

This Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap is a cheesy, satisfying handheld meal packed with seasoned ground beef, creamy nacho cheese sauce, and bold toppings—all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. It’s a quick and customizable recipe that brings the flavor of loaded nachos into an easy-to-eat wrap perfect for lunch, dinner, or on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet, stir well, and simmer until thickened.
  3. While beef cooks, warm nacho cheese sauce on the stove or in the microwave.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and spread a layer of nacho cheese in the center of each.
  5. Top with seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, and crushed tortilla chips.
  6. Add more cheese and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
  7. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly into wraps.
  8. Optional: Toast wraps in a skillet until golden for extra texture.

Notes

  • Shredded cheese can be used instead of cheese sauce—just melt it over the beef.
  • Skip jalapeños and sour cream for a simpler version.
  • Remove lettuce and tomatoes before reheating for best texture.
  • Toasting wraps in a skillet adds a crispy finish that holds everything together.
