Ingredients
- 1 box of 16 mini ice cream sandwiches
- 1 container of red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment or wax paper.
- Keep the mini ice cream sandwiches in the freezer until ready to use.
- Pour the sprinkles into a shallow bowl.
- Working quickly, unwrap one sandwich and roll all four sides in the sprinkles until well coated.
- Place the decorated sandwich in the prepared pan, standing it on its long edge.
- Repeat with the remaining sandwiches, returning any that soften too much to the freezer.
- Freeze the completed sandwiches for at least 1 hour before serving.
