Peach Fluff Salad is a creamy, no-bake dessert made with peaches, whipped topping, marshmallows, and cottage cheese, perfect for summer gatherings and potlucks.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained and chopped
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Drain the canned peaches and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the instant vanilla pudding mix with the whipped topping until smooth.
- Fold in the cottage cheese until evenly combined.
- Add the chopped peaches, mini marshmallows, and optional chopped pecans. Fold gently to combine.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh peaches when in season for a fresher flavor.
- Can be made ahead and chilled overnight.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
