Description

Peach Fluff Salad is a creamy, no-bake dessert made with peaches, whipped topping, marshmallows, and cottage cheese, perfect for summer gatherings and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned peaches and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the instant vanilla pudding mix with the whipped topping until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cottage cheese until evenly combined.
  4. Add the chopped peaches, mini marshmallows, and optional chopped pecans. Fold gently to combine.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
