Description

Peppermint Crunch White Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers are an easy no-bake holiday treat featuring crispy graham crackers, creamy white chocolate, and refreshing peppermint. Perfect for gifting or festive snacking.


Ingredients

  • 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers or white chocolate
  • 8 graham crackers
  • Crushed peppermint

Instructions

  1. Place white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Dip each graham cracker into the melted white chocolate, coating both sides evenly.
  3. Place the coated crackers on parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle crushed peppermint over each cracker while the chocolate is still wet.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.

Notes
