Ingredients
- 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers or white chocolate
- 8 graham crackers
- Crushed peppermint
Instructions
- Place white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each graham cracker into the melted white chocolate, coating both sides evenly.
- Place the coated crackers on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint over each cracker while the chocolate is still wet.
- Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
Notes
- Can substitute peppermint with crushed nuts, toffee, or chocolate chips.
