Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 pepperoni slices (3-4 per roll-up)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 8 rectangles.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each piece, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
