- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Mix until well combined.
