Instructions
- Gather and measure all the ingredients.
- In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, pineapple juice, coconut milk, crushed pineapple (if using), honey or sugar (if desired), and vanilla extract.
- Add ice cubes if a thicker consistency is preferred.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
