Pineapple Dream Dessert is a no-bake tropical treat with layers of graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and pineapple-infused whipped topping—perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate to chill while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and ½ cup of whipped topping until evenly combined.
- Spread the filling over the chilled crust. Top with remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
Notes
- For a firmer crust, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes and cool completely before adding filling.
- Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, pineapple slices, or maraschino cherries for presentation.
- Add 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice to the filling for extra flavor.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Not suitable for reheating.
- Use fresh pineapple if well-drained; substitute whipped topping with homemade whipped cream if desired.
