Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3.4 oz pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 package sugar cookie mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, eggs, and pistachio pudding mix in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually stir in the sugar cookie mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Grease a 10×15-inch baking sheet and press the dough evenly to the edges.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
