Description

Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites are rich, bite-sized cookie cups filled with melty chocolate chips and topped with mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. These easy-to-make treats combine classic flavors in a fun, sharable dessert perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime cravings.

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (or homemade)
  • 24 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped
  • Optional: extra chocolate chips or crushed peanuts for topping or mixing in

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into each muffin cup, pressing lightly to form a base.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cookies are golden and puffed.
  4. Immediately press a mini Reese’s into the center of each cookie bite.
  5. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Homemade cookie dough works great—just keep dough portions small.
  • Add crushed peanuts or white chocolate chips for variation.
  • Swap mini Reese’s with Rolos, Hershey’s Kisses, or seasonal candies.
  • Store at room temperature up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
  • Reheat in microwave for 10 seconds to soften center before serving.
