These no-bake Ritz S’mores Cookies combine sweet marshmallow creme and salty Ritz crackers, all dipped in rich chocolate for a quick, indulgent treat perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 48 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup marshmallow creme or fluff
- 12 oz chocolate almond bark or melting wafers
- Optional toppings:
- 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers
- 2 tbsp mini marshmallow bits
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp sprinkles or jimmies
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate almond bark according to the package instructions until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and lay out half of the Ritz crackers.
- Using a greased spoon, place 1 to 2 teaspoons of marshmallow creme onto the center of each cracker.
- Top each with another Ritz cracker, gently pressing to create a sandwich.
- Using tongs or a fork, dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off before placing them back on the lined baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle your choice of toppings over each cookie.
- Let the cookies sit until the chocolate hardens completely before serving.
