Description

These no-bake Ritz S’mores Cookies combine sweet marshmallow creme and salty Ritz crackers, all dipped in rich chocolate for a quick, indulgent treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme or fluff
  • 12 oz chocolate almond bark or melting wafers
  • Optional toppings:
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp mini marshmallow bits
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles or jimmies

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate almond bark according to the package instructions until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and lay out half of the Ritz crackers.
  3. Using a greased spoon, place 1 to 2 teaspoons of marshmallow creme onto the center of each cracker.
  4. Top each with another Ritz cracker, gently pressing to create a sandwich.
  5. Using tongs or a fork, dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off before placing them back on the lined baking sheet.
  6. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle your choice of toppings over each cookie.
  7. Let the cookies sit until the chocolate hardens completely before serving.
