This Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa, Potatoes, and Broccoli is a quick and flavorful one-pan meal featuring caramelized kielbasa, crispy roasted potatoes, and tender broccoli tossed in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1.5 lbs Baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 3 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them on the sheet pan. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to make the glaze.
- After 20 minutes, add sliced kielbasa and broccoli to the pan. Drizzle with the honey garlic glaze and toss to coat.
- Return the pan to the oven and roast for another 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the broccoli is tender, kielbasa is browned, and potatoes are golden and crisp.
Notes

- Add red pepper flakes for a spicier version.
