Description

This Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa, Potatoes, and Broccoli is a quick and flavorful one-pan meal featuring caramelized kielbasa, crispy roasted potatoes, and tender broccoli tossed in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1.5 lbs Baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them on the sheet pan. Roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to make the glaze.
  4. After 20 minutes, add sliced kielbasa and broccoli to the pan. Drizzle with the honey garlic glaze and toss to coat.
  5. Return the pan to the oven and roast for another 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the broccoli is tender, kielbasa is browned, and potatoes are golden and crisp.

Notes

  • Swap broccoli for brussels sprouts or green beans for variation.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicier version.
  • Use sweet potatoes for a sweeter twist.
  • Opt for low-sodium soy sauce for a reduced-sodium dish.
