Description

A creamy, icy homemade version of Starbucks' Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake Frappuccino, combining strawberry puree, cream cheese, and Oreo cookie crumbles for a dessert-like drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup milk (or vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup strawberry puree or syrup
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4-5 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add ice, milk, cream, cream cheese, strawberry puree or syrup, fresh strawberries (if using), sugar, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick.
  3. Add crushed Oreo cookies and pulse lightly or stir in to retain texture.
  4. Pour into a tall glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream, extra Oreo crumbs, and a drizzle of strawberry puree.

Notes

  • Use vanilla almond milk for a dairy-free alternative.
  • Double the recipe easily by adjusting ingredient amounts.
  • Serve immediately to maintain texture and chill.
  • For an extra decadent touch, layer crushed Oreos at the glass bottom.
