Ingredients

- 8 egg roll wrappers

- 1/4 cup strawberry sauce or jam, for drizzling
- Water for sealing edges
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries until evenly distributed.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, add a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture in the center, roll tightly, and seal edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C), and fry rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels, let cool slightly, then drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving.
