Ingredients
- 8 oz unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Place softened butter in a medium bowl or stand mixer bowl. Beat until smooth using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
- Add honey, powdered sugar, and sea salt. Continue to beat at medium speed, scraping the bowl as needed, until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Taste and adjust honey or salt if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in a jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- Let refrigerated honey butter sit at room temperature before serving for best spreadability.
- Can be left out for 1-2 days in a sealed container, but refrigerate for longer storage.
