Ingredients
- 7 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup sweetener (maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, or granulated sugar)
- 5–10 Tbsp cold water, as needed for blending
- Optional garnish: watermelon wedge, fresh mint or basil, lime slices
Instructions
- Cube the watermelon and freeze in a single layer for about 2 hours.
- In a high-powered blender, combine frozen watermelon, lime juice, sweetener, and about 3 Tbsp cold water. Blend for 3–5 minutes until smooth.

Notes
- Adjust the sweetener based on the sweetness of your watermelon.
- Blend in fresh herbs or additional fruits for variations.
